Who We Are
The Mexican-American Hall of Fame Sports Association (MAHFSA) is a nonprofit (501c4), formed in 1972, to foster, encourage, promote, advance and create interest in the practice and enjoyment of sport activities among youth.
What We Do
Scholarships
The Mexican American Hall of Fame Sports Association honors high school senior athletes who have distinguished themselves in the field of sports in the Sacramento Area and plan to pursue higher education by awarding them scholarships.
Sponsors
The MAHFSA is currently looking for businesses, organizations and individuals to sponsor our sports scholarship program. Visit our Sponsors page to see who is already supporting and learn how you can be involved in helping our efforts to fund scholarships for high school athletes.
Hall Rental
The MAHFSA’s building is available to the general public for functions and special events. The rental fee is $600 per day with a $200 refundable deposit. MAHFSA members in good active standing will receive a member appreciation rental discount.
Membership
Membership is opened to all civic minded individuals who want to give back to the community and share our interests, values and goals as expressed and explained throughout our website. If you are interested in becoming a member, you are invited to fill out and send in the membership application. Online form coming soon.
